Look out – CAV Bus about!

Transport for NSW is getting ready for Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs).

TfNSW is excited to announce the launch of its CAV Readiness Strategy and the opening of expressions of interest for our $5 million CAV Bus Trial.

The strategy outlines six priority areas that will make NSW a leader in Connected and Automated Vehicles adoption and deliver great future outcomes for our customers.

TfNSW is calling out to industry to partner with them on an On-Road CAV Bus Trial, a project that will see connected and automated vehicle technology applied to a full size zero emission bus operating in NSW.

TfNSW wants to hear from you to help shape the future of NSW transport. Visit our CAV Readiness Strategy and On-Road CAV Bus Trial web pages to find out more.

ADVI welcomes the continued leadership of Transport for NSW with the release of the CAV Readiness Strategy, and the On-Road CAV Bus Trial.

ADVI looks forward to supporting the CAV priority areas identified in the strategy, through our world class Australasian and global industry partnerships.
